The staff are very helpful
The staff are very helpful. The staff member ordered the dvd for me before it was available in store. I was kept up to date with my order right up until I picked it up in store.

I frequently visit the Bury branch, mostly for vinyl. Every visit the staff are friendly and super helpful. Always a joy shopping there

Online delivery to local store - very good service
My first experience of using online ordering via the website for a 'click and collect' type delivery, free of any postage charges, to my local HMV store in Bury.
I was very pleased with the service. The HMV website has been improved with better information about stock in specific stores. The ordering process was good, delivery to my local store fast; and updates via email similarly speedy. The item is kept behind the counter for collection for 14 days which is great because I can a week or so without visiting Bury.
Efficient collection at the store. I would definitely use the service again. Best of both worlds - online ordering, supporting my local store
