Excellent delivery service
Everytime I place an order with HMV, the items are shipped quickly after purchase, are wrapped up in secure packaging and are delivered within around 48hrs. Can’t fault them at all.

The Worst
The Worst. My PreOrder didnt show up. And instead of doing the right thing and giving me a stock copy (OF WHICH YOU HAD PLENTY) you made me buy it again! And you still havent refunded the preorder you didnt give me. Never preordering anything with you again, you suck so so so Hard.
