I ordered my items on line and when…
I ordered my items on line and when they arrived I realised I'd ordered the wrong colour. So I phoned the chester store to see if they had the items I wanted in stock the Lady I spoke to was very helpful and reserved the items for me to collect. When I arrived at the store to collect my items we realised that I had been sent a different item to the one I had ordered on line the one I received was cheaper than the one I had ordered even so my exchange was dealt with efficiently and quickly and the staff were very knowledgeable. I was served by a friendly young Man whose name was Mattie J I left the store relieved and extremely satisfied with my purchase nothing was too much trouble and he was a credit to the store and your firm. I will definitely be shopping there again and I would highly recommend this store.

Had the item I wanted at a great price! Really easy to use there click and collect service. Saves on delivery and packaging costs.
Went to the store to pick it up and had no issues. The colleague who served me was a great ambassador for the store.
