A one stop shop for film and music
Love the fact there is a physical shop. The Staff are friendly and helpful when needed. A sizeable vinyl selection for those interested. All styles of music covered, DVD/films upstairs and all sorts of extras. Should you chose to order anything online they deliver or you can collect.

we paid and then emails to confirm the order, despatch and then collected the items with no problem from the store

Came right on time. Excellent service especially a gig in Coventry with the Libertines CD. Gig was excellent. HMV Empire venue is superb!

Email tickets never sent, had to phone up and was told ‘sort it out on the night with the initial order email’ from HMV ONLINE (not the Venue!) …. Poor service.
