Excellent service from CWMBRAN.. but terrible! Home delivery service..
You get this score because of your staff at your CWMBRAN store.. who were very helpful and new there stuff.. but I'm not so happy about your delivery service and your email service.. I had 2 emails from you one saying that my order had been received.. and the other one saying that my order was going to be sent to the store I ordered a cd from.. even though I paid for home delivery to my home address.. but that was sorted by a lovely lady who phoned me to assure me that my order was going to be delivered to my home address.. and thanks to her.. I'll continue to use your company, especially your CWMBRAN store to purchase my music from in both vinyl and cds..!
