Staff were very helpful and attentive. Offered to check for a DVD for me which was possibly upstairs in stock. DVD purchased although out of stock, but HMV e mailed me when the order came into the shop and I collected it. Having never been in this branch before, I found it very friendly and helpful. I am 80 years old and no whizz kid on DVDs, CDs.Blue Ray etc. So I found the young staff very helpful.
