Straight forward click and collect
I ordered for collection from a local store. I received an email when the items were despatched and when they were available for collection from the shop. When I arrived at the shop the items were behind the counter awaiting collection. Totally hastle free service from start to finish.

I asked at the Cwmbran store if a certain vinyl was in stock in pink. They didn’t have one in store so she checked at the warehouse and ordered me one which arrived by post within 4 days! Amazing service!

Simple in-store ordering and cheaper than Amazon .
Having had issues with ordering this Blu-Ray on Amazon I decided to order from HMV in store .
