Great experience
Ordered from hmv online. Albums arrived quickly but one was faulty. I Went to Derby store where staff we friendly and helpful. They ordered a new album and I was able to collect from the store. I recommend hmv for vinyl collections. Excellent selection.

Lady in store was great
Lady in store was great, looked to see if the item I wanted was in stock and was really friendly.

Huge order
I'd managed to get a fantastic black Friday deal on BT21 merchandise. When I went to collect it, there was a vary large brown box. With another two smaller parcels. I hadn't fully thought out, how big my order would be. I'd done a little shopping. I also have to walk with a stick. The young woman, who was serving me. Offered to unpack my order, to see if she could? Reduce the size. Which I'm happy to say she did. She also gave me a handy tip on where I could buy? A cuddly Red Panda. So Thanks tripled.

Staff quickly resolved delivery mixup.
Cd's delivered to my local HMV but with one order number but separate/ different types of packaging. Staff were extremely helpful searching though all deliveries to successfully find the second CD.

Always great service
I ordered an album on line to collect in store. The communication was excellent, the delivery was timed as promised and the collection was slick and straightforward. I always find HMV staff friendly and very knowledgeable about their products. Nothing is too much trouble
