Even tho they were having technical problems with there checkout screens I still got my order really quickly and am very happy with how kind the they were to me

Great Customer Service
Laura was very helpful checking if dvd was in stock then ordered it into shop and was very quick and efficient processing my other purchases.

Insufficient information at time of purchase.Item had inbuilt bluetooth speakers,but we wanted to have additional ones,unfortunately the ones we had purchased from a other retailer were not suitable,On checking on your site it advised to purchase speakers that matched with the product,we weren't aware of this,had we been advised at purchase this situation could have been avoided.

HMV were good at communicating to me…
HMV were good at communicating to me details regarding my order and when it was ready to pick up. It was in perfect condition and the staff at the store I was collecting from were very helpful. A very positive experience and I have no worries about ordering things from them in the future

HMV Dundee, Great Store, Great Prices, Excellent Service.
The store In Dundee is handy for me being located not far from where I live , the staff are usually friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble if you are looking for a particular item. And plus the fact that they are still here in Dundee whereas the likes of Virgin Megastore was only a stones throw away and was always competition for customers, sadly it has ceased trading.

Helpful, speedy, knowledgeable
Floor staff intuitively and unobtrusively helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Speedy and charming service at till. Overall, great if you know what you want but not sure where to find it.

Paid for 48hr delivery
Paid for 48hr delivery. Over a week later, I'm still waiting for items to be delivered. Tracking system is poor. When someone finally got back in touch from customer service there was little apology & no refund for delivery.
