Ordering was great helpful staff BUT when I went to collect my goods the staff member was rude and wouldn't listen when I tried to explain the spelling of my sure name so am not happy won't be going back

Great service.
Staff were helpful, order placed and e- mail came through a couple of days later to say package was in store, DVD collected the following day. Cannot fault the service.
