Disappointed
Collected the item from the store. It was packed in a strong cardboard box but when we opened it at home it was broken and had obviously been damaged before dispatch. On the plus side, the store staff were very helpful and ordered a replacement to be sent direct to our home. It arrives tomorrow so fingers crossed it's in one piece!

The cost of vinyl nowadays,- let's have a middle ground …
Just the fact it was pleasing when I picked up 4 vinyl albums by Tedeschi Trucks Band who I only discovered in the last twelve months and to get all four albums at just £9.99 was amazing value -I'm old enough to remember when vinyl lps were £4.99 each and along came cds and you had to replace your old albums with that format in turn and suddenly it was as double the price of vinyl say £9.99-vinyl then became obsolete but in the past decade it has had a resurgence -but I'm personally angry and want to know why what I paid £4.99 on vinyl in the70's/80's -suddenly becomes double on CD -£9.99 in the 80's/90's onwards and now vinyl makes a comeback as suddenly it's more expensive than cds now -some of the prices I've seen £29.99/£39.99 for something I bought twice already is ridiculous -it's simply record companies cashing in -but dangle a carrot and a decent price like £9.99/£14.99 and I'll bite - over to you HMV/EMI/ etc.

Store didn't have CD required and immediately offered to get it online delivered straight to the store. All the emails kept.us.on.track and collecting was easy. All the staff were very pleasant and nothing was a bother

Ordered 2 items one not advised at click and collect
Ordered 2 items for click and collect at local HMV store
On collection I was advised by HMV team member that both my items would be in thd box as the delivery notification for both wete on same e mail
On arrival home opened box and found only console , not game I also ordered
On calling store , the second item (game) was indeed still at the click and collect point at the store
So second trip to local store will be required - second set of milage to the store and parking fees to be paid now
