I had a good experience with helpful HMV staff and with a timely delivery without breakages. I think the LP box is unbroken; I wonder if it's really going to do the job. But that's my concern, not yours. Thanks.

I could order the item I wanted in store to be collected at a later date at a good price,and the person serving me was very helpful. I don't appreciate however always being asked after purchases to fill in my contact details on computer. I have an email address with HMV and i do not wish to do this every time I make a visit I just would like a printed receipt. Thank you!

My experience of HMV started with the helpful store staff. In this age it's satisfying to speak with people that are eager to provide a good service. I had to order in an album the was not is stock. It arrived within the time i was advised in store, was packed well and was exactly what I expected. Would encourage people to use this store.
