I ordered and paid for a vinyl on 12…
I ordered and paid for a vinyl on 12 december at Princes Street, Edinburgh branch and told it would be a maximum of 3 working days. It was to be a Christmas present for my daughter . But here on 24th there is still no sign of it.
Not impressed and won't shop there again.

I went in looking for something that wasn’t on the shelf, searched everywhere. I located a coworker, Lorry. They were very kind and helpful when it came to ordering the box set which was out of stock in the store for delivery. They knew exactly what they were doing and handled it perfectly!
