I went in looking for something that wasn’t on the shelf, searched everywhere. I located a coworker, Lorry. They were very kind and helpful when it came to ordering the box set which was out of stock in the store for delivery. They knew exactly what they were doing and handled it perfectly! Fantastic experience
The staff in HMV princes street Edinburgh were extremely helpful to me . The item I wanted wasn’t in stock but they ordered it for me to come direct to my home , which saved me a journey back up into town . The said item was delivered promptly and I was kept informed the whole time as to when it was being delivered . 100% first class service .
