Price of vinyl is a disgrace
Price of vinyl is a disgrace. Jazz records i looked at were all at least £15 or more expensive. Even records that are clearly damaged are being sold at the new price. Tonnes of tatt on sale downstairs. Sort out your prices HMV. Bring back the love that you once had for music. Your pricing strategy eapecially for multi buys is awful.

No confirmation received of ready for collection
I preordered the latest Now Yearbook for collection at the Exeter HMV store, I received the dispatch email but not confirmation that it is ready for collection. This happened the last time I preordered an album too.
As I have to travel to the store I didn’t want to go in until I know it’s there

Well I went online to your site and put in the cd album I req and it popped up and I formed me that it would take just a few days and then ready for collection got the email to inform me it was ready to collect and that was it smooth simple and easy

Great service and very helpful and friendly staff
I went to HMV looking for a specific box set, only to find they were out of stock. I nearly left the store but my partner convinced us to go and ask someone if they had any and they did not, but the lady we spoke to was very helpful and said she would have a set delivered to my address.
