Staff were very helpful when I couldn’t find the item in store and then suggesting I order it through them at the till which was very efficient.
I frequently deal with staff at your Exeter store as I am a frequent customer, both downstairs and upstairs with your music section - they are always incredibly helpful and friendly

Unusually I found an HMV on my visit to Devon...Exeter that is
Ever since the demise of Croydon and Sutton HMV I have been looking for a decent one and I found it

Vinyl LP was not defective ( warps
Vinyl LP was not defective ( warps, hole in the middle not fitting turntable spindle, needle sticking and skipping grooves etc. ) and played normally. Also very quickly sent for me to collect, and the packaging and covers were in good condition. Usually I think with HMV all have been fine.
