Every time they say a date to be delivered it turns up somewhere else

HMV go one step beyond!
HMV were the only outlet that managed to obtain and supply the CD I had been after for sometime. It had to be ordered by them but arrived for collection exactly as they predicted - excellent service all round.

My recent purchase was made easy
My recent purchase was made easy. I went in to buy 3 for £50 on the 4k blu rays. I wanted Prometheus, sicaro 1 and 2. When I got to the Exeter store, all but Sicaro 2 was available. I asked the colleague if there was any stock out back and he replied with, there is the box set for £30 and I said that I like them in separate cases. He then informed me that this box set is two separate ones and even took me to it to show me. As Prometheus was £19.99, I still got the 3 movies I walked in for and actually saved 2p by doing it this way and had such a friendly experience.

Excellent in store service
Excellent in store service. Didn't have album in store , so sales assistant ordered it for me on line for home delivery. Arrived 2 days later , well packaged and in perfect condition.
