click and collect picture, the picture was as described, funny thing about click and collect, which was for free, I noticed that HMV sent the item via parcel post to my HMV store so I guess they could have sent it to me for free via the same medium and not charged me either..... fuzzy logic but there you are !

A very professional company
Arrived exactly on the promised day and at a keen price compared to other sellers too. Plus when you pre-order and a date is given if the film studio alter that date hmv keep you informed.

My third email of complaint has been ignored which I kind of understand as I must be getting boring. Now need to get a refund as it’s obvious there’s an issue with the batch.
