Ordered in store for online delivery because the item wasn’t in stock, it was delivered free of charge three days later. So easy, so good! This is what shopping should be like! Go to the high street shop, and when something isn’t there, they just order it for you, no faff, all pleasure!

Good replacement service
Bought a dvd on click and collect. When played it stuck at the end of the first scene.
Took it back to the shop who exchanged without quibble.
Replacement copy worked fine.

My local HMV has very poor levels of…
My local HMV has very poor levels of Blu-ray’s and CD’s so by placing an order I could collect the order once it was ready. Well I had to visit twice as the items arrived a day apart which was a little disappointing. As stock levels are so low nowadays it’s a shame that popping in to town to buy something is not always successful! Of course Amazon delivery is usually next day which begs the question why isn’t yours?

Nothing was too much triuble
My Grandson Sam wanted a few remote vinyl LPs so I said that I would try HMV to see if they had what he wanted. On looking around the store I thought it would take me ages if I looked myself. I asked the assistant who was very helpful as he went straight to where they were and sorted it for me. I also had to order one that was not in stock, this came via the post and only took a few days. Well Done!!!
