I've had some questionable experiences with hmv particularly pre-orders but not this time. Very grateful for the quick processing of my order. I selected 'Click & Collect' from my local Fopp store and the customer service was great. The lady I spoke to was friendly, chatty and recommended a similar artist for me to check out (I ordered an alt. rock album). Great experience!

Helpful and proactive staff
The man (John) on the till volunteered the information that I could have the dvd that I could not find in the Fopp shop delivered to their shop and managed to magic it in before I left Edinburgh a couple of days later. He was true to his word and I am now the proud and happy owner of Deutschland 86.

Great service
Great service. Very convenient to be able to pick up my item at a HMV store when lm ready, instead of missing delivery because lm out all day working. Item well protected.
