Only part order received for click and…
Only part order received for click and collect Other items seem to have gone missing . I ordered on 24/11/24 I thought in plenty time for Christmas and still not resolved I’ve visited the store twice and sent several emails to customer service with all details only to be eventually sent a form to complete about items “lost in post “
Don’t know if this is a HMV issue or Royal Mail but I won’t be doing click and collect again

My item was not in stock at the Glasgow store but I was able to order and have it sent to my home address, item received four days later, brilliant thank you.
