Purchase of 3 dvd box sets.
Called into store to purchase 3 box series of dvds.
I was informed by staff member that they were not in stock, but that he would order them for me.
Staff member placed order. I said I would call into store to collect them.
I would receive emails to inform me when order ready.
Collected order a few days later. No problems .

Staff could not have been more helpful. HMV and FOPP are main reason that U visit central Glasgow.

Absolutely superb service today in the Glasgow store from Mark. I was only in the shop for a minute when he approached me to ask if I needed help with anything and offered me a seat (I’m on crutches at the minute) I was looking for a particular Playstation game but he knew immediately it wasn’t in stock and not available to order in time for Christmas. However while he was telling me this he went onto his phone and quick as a flash checked the availability of the game in the Argos around the corner. He showed me on his phone that it was available and how much it was and actually went as far as reserving it for me in case it sold out by the time I got there. Absolutely exceptional service. Putting a customers satisfaction ahead of sales for their own shop, at Christmas no less, is fantastic to see in this day and age.
