A Great Experience receiving The Bruce Box Set.
My wife ordered Lost and Found vinyl version by Bruce Springsteen for my birthday. As we were away on holiday for 2 months, the box set could not delivered to our house. She ordered through the HMV shop in Argyle Street Glasgow.
We received many e mails explaining the release date, updates on where the package was in the warehouse and delivery to Argle Street HMV Glasgow and when we could pick the box set. Very good reception my sales assistant at the shop, very courtious, friendly and helpful.
Overall a great experience.
