Really helpful staff at HMV Glasgow. Ordered the album for daughter's Christmas for me, when couldn't find it on shelves. Emails updated me regularly and item arrived in store promptly. Good service all round.

The service I received was first class as always at this HMV store. The friendly assistant dealt with my on-line purchase in a most efficient manner which is typical of the staff within these premises.

Pre ordered David gilmour blu ray dvd no delivery on release date as hmv informed of lack of stock from supplier took over a week for delivery to be made .
What’s the point of pre ordering you take the money but can’t deliver really !!!

I've been shopping at HMV for ages
I've been shopping at HMV for ages. The selection is great, and the prices are still decent. I do wish they did more and better deals on Blu-rays, and CDs, but overall, I'm a regular customer
