Went in today to a nice shopping trip…
Went in today to a nice shopping trip with my daughter and instead of having a good time a young staff member decided he was going to shout at my daughter for picking up a cd from the wrong bit he then told her to put it back where she got it from even though that’s where she originally picked it up from. I’ve never normally had a bad experience with hmv but this is just outrageous especially shouting at my young daughter who is very sensitive and ruined her whole day he should be ashamed of himself this is horrible shouting at young kids is never okay

Ordered B.F.I. Ghost Stories
Ordered B.F.I. Ghost Stories for Christmas blu-ray box set online with pick-up at the Glasgow Argyle Street store. I prefer using the pick-up method as I am not always going to be able to receive a home delivery. Dispatch and delivery were quick and efficient; pick-up at the store was easy.
Staff at Glasgow Argyle Street store are always very helpful and knowledgeable in my experience. Highly recommended.

Best Experience in a store so far
The delivery was super fast and not only that— the employee; Lola was the sweetest and super helpful person ever. The store also had so many things, I couldn’t pick what I wanted.
