Great customer service
I bought a record player as a gift, checked stock online at my nearest store and ordered by click and collect. I was not aware that this would involve a delay in the item being sent from warehouse stock. I phoned the shop who were extremely helpful and offered to supply the item from their stock and replace it with my order. They were very kind, helpful and accommodating - very impressed with their customer service which can’t always be taken for granted these days. Thank you HMV!

The girl who did my order in store was extremely helpful and explained the procedure to a tee the parcel arrived not in 48 hrs but 72 hrs which was still good delivered by royal mail

Amazing selection and sent very quickly

HMV Staff Couldn't Be More Helpful
Having received a collectors edition album from my kids, for Christmas, I was disappointed to find a pressing defect on one of the discs. The staff in HMV couldn't have been more helpful in arranging an exchange. They even held my original copy until the replacement turned up, to ensure that the new sleeves were in the same perfect condition or swap them. Great customer service.

The guys at the Glasgow Argyll St store were brilliant. Helpful, friendly, efficient. Had to wait a wee while for part of my order to get sent but that's all outwith their control and HMV kept me updated regularly without flooding me with useless emails.
