A HAPPY XMAS SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. Bought a number of items in Harrogate…
Bought a number of Blu Ray items off the shelf in Harrogate HMV store but staff there offered to order other items online for me that weren't available or out of stock at the time.Both staff members Jacob and Alfie are always helpful.My items were sent in several separate batches as they became available and delivered to me by Royal Mail within the expected time frames.A good smooth experience from first to last.Thanks.

I ordered some earbuds I got an email…
I ordered some earbuds I got an email to say parcel had been dispatched and no further communication after this tonsay parcel had arrived. Waited for the date it said it would be delivered to store heard nothing so waited a few extra days just incase still nothing gets to over a week so i decide I will visit store just incase and surprise surprise my parcel is actually there. I inform staff member he said it hqd been processed so.i should havevrecieved an email but I hadn't and yes I did check my junk mail. Luckily I work in town and just downstairs in the shopping centre where the harrogate store is located but not everyone has this advantage there are people who have to make special trips in order to collect parcels if I was one of theses people and I had no communication I would just assume I would never get my parcel this is an inconvinience

Prices normally match Amazon, packaging is very good, and I've yet to be let down with a pre order not shipping.

I ordered the CD and it arrived in…
I ordered the CD and it arrived in reasonably good time. The member of staff who served me when I went to pick it up was polite and helpful.
The only comment I would make is that it was less than ideal that I had to order online a newly released live album of The Warning, a rock band from Mexico that is getting increasingly recognition worldwide and has many, many followers in the UK. The Harrogate store had the last studio album in stock, when it was released this time last year and I naturally assumed they would have stocked the live album, which has been hotly anticipated.

Another great purchase from hmv
I ordered click and collect. Very easy to do, collected at my convenience within a 14 day window.
I collected for my Harrogate store, the store was clean and tidy, I went straight to the checkout the lady behind the counter was really friendly, kind, complimentary and polite. I got may purchase with ease whilst my family were looking around the rest of the store and my daughter went back later and purchased 2 items. HMV is great for all our film, music and merchandise needs. Thank you hmv.
