Shopping experience
The staff were very polite , friendly and helpful .
My order arrived exactly when the assistant said it would.Also the music playing in the store when I was there was not too loud.

The ear buds I purchased didn’t work
The ear buds I purchased didn’t work, they didn’t connect so I had to go back to store - to be fair the staff did then reorder them for me which is good but I’ll need to return again and I live forty minutes away
