Knowledge of the product and it's content, be it current or further back in time is excellent.

I ordered an item it was a few days…
I ordered an item it was a few days later than what they said it would be unlike some companies who will say they have something in stock and suddenly changes to a 3 month wait. On the down side a few years back I wouldn't have had to order this as the shop would have had it in stock

I found the staff at Hastings hmv branch very helpful , and polite . Especially Lucy who was kind enough to help me in the first place. When I entered the shop last week and could not find the albums I was looking for . So she ordered them for me and I was able to collect from the store on 3/4/26.
Your staff deserve 10-10 for their store and customer relations . Well Done

It was very easy to buy my item and arrange click and collect
It was so easy to look at what I wanted to buy on the website It was also very easy to buy the item and arrange click and collect. I was also kept up to date with emails informing me that my item had been dispatched and when it had arrived at my local HMV shop and was ready to collect. I will definitely be using HMV in the future.
