The staff were very polite , friendly and helpful . My order arrived exactly when the assistant said it would.Also the music playing in the store when I was there was not too loud.

I found the staff at Hastings hmv branch very helpful , and polite . Especially Lucy who was kind enough to help me in the first place. When I entered the shop last week and could not find the albums I was looking for . So she ordered them for me and I was able to collect from the store on 3/4/26.
Your staff deserve 10-10 for their store and customer relations . Well Done

It was very easy to buy my item and arrange click and collect
It was so easy to look at what I wanted to buy on the website It was also very easy to buy the item and arrange click and collect. I was also kept up to date with emails informing me that my item had been dispatched and when it had arrived at my local HMV shop and was ready to collect. I will definitely be using HMV in the future.

Service good, as per usual, but I get a little irritated by every company I deal with asking for a review, every time I buy anything from them.
