Overall good experience
Great value as the CD was on offer. Easy to order online for click and collect. However, over a week after the CD had been dispatched, I hadn't received an email to say my order had arrived. I checked at the store and my order had arrived a few days before. The CD was safely packaged in recyclable material

Staff are amazing can not complain the only reason I am giving this a one star purchased items dvd send several cds purchased a bag at 3-99 with hmv logo on handles are extremely long and for an adult man at 5ft8 holding handles bag is couple of inches from floor which is ridiculous this bag only needs small handles not something you use as a tour rope or for kids to do double Dutch did any thoughts go into doing this bag I doubt it.
