A good shopping trip
HMV have a very helpful team, very friendly and will not mind spending time helping the customer with the purchase and genuinely regret if an item has been discontinued ie Walls and Bridges John Lennon in my case. Looking forward to my next visit

Pleasant sales staff
I was looking for several vinyl albums plus some vouchers and the sales person was very pleasant and helpful and went out of their way to ensure we found what we were looking for.

They contacted me.
Placed an order in store. It was dispatched later than planned, I hadn’t noticed (luckily not needing it too soon). I received an email notifying me that they were aware, apologised and were looking into what had gone wrong as a matter of urgency. Received an email the next day saying it had been dispatched. I received my item a couple of days later.
