hmv (UK) - Inverness Reviews 

I needed to order a vinyl version of Kate Bush, Best of the Otherside as a Christmas gift. Everywhere was showing out of stock and not back in until January. On the off-chance I popped into the HMV store in Inverness and spoke to a chap who immediately went on the computer to find the vinyl (I had forgotten what it was called). He was so helpful and patient and was able to quickly reserve me a copy and ordered it to be delivered to my home within a few days. Perfect service. Many thanks to the Inverness branch 😊

Very pleasant staff in Inverness. I went in to collect my purchases and they were there as promised, all packed safely. I was out in about 3 minutes and very satisfied. Thank you.

The order was put in and i got emails telling me when it was in so very helpful.

Went into store they were very helpful, didn't have the vinyl i was looking for but where happy to order through the system and it came within a week.

I was surprised to find that Taylor Swifts New album, the life of a showgirl, was not on the shelf in store!
Previously I had found Amy MacDonald's new album on the shelf several day's before it was due for release!
Staff however made me aware that I could order the Album from their warehouse stock and it would be posted to be by Wednesday of the following week.
The Album was delivered by the Post Office on the Monday, tweo days earlier that expected.

I went into the Inverness branch of HMV to enquire about the possibility of purchasing a John Williams CD. I was assisted by Paul who dealt with my enquiry very quickly and efficiently. The item was ordered and I received it within a few days. Very pleased with the service, it was up to its usual high standard.

The dvd of Emma (BBC 2009 series) we wanted was found quickly and ordered internally for us to pick up next time we were in town. Always a good sign to see low staff turnover here at our favourite store, and I appreciate the enthusiastic research they do, whatever the request!

Was up in Inverness and popped into HMV, wanted an album for my son’s birthday. It was out of stock but in the warehouse. The store ordered for me and was delivered to my home a few days later back down the road. Brilliant service.
