The staff in the store were extremely helpful but the cd was out of stock in the store but was in stock at the warehouse and would be posted to us. However it was also out of stock at the warehouse so there was a delay there also. Fortunately it was not needed for a specific occasion

Great customer service
I went to collect an order and the lady serving me said she remembered me placing the order. They must serve hundreds of customers, so to be remembered made the experience feel personal and far superior. Having said that, the service in this store is always very polite and friendly, and staff seem reassuringly competent. Will definitely shop there more often.

Very helpful staff
the young lady who served me was very helpful, efficient and friendly. She helped me wrap a large box in an even larger plastic bag and made it easier for me to carry home. I'm really glad hmv is back in stores and would recommend the Kingston store to anybody.

Click & collect works well , your prices on blu ray & dvd are competitive but most of all staff at the Kingston branch engage with you with a knowledge of the films / shows , I mostly buy blu ray / dvds , film fans too !

Hi there.
So I've ordered stuff before from HMV.
Every time I've used this link the orders have always come on time.
Top quality service and always respectful staff.
Plus the items are in pristine condition.
I'd always order things from HMV.
Plus back in the eighties these different versions of 80's original vynl is evening better now as the records and CDs have loads of extra long versions of their songs.
I especially like the Now 12" compilation's.
Absolutely brilliant..it means i can have all the longer versions of songs I grew up with.
I've bought all the Now 12" eighties so far.
Great collection.
However i don't see any blu ray or DVDs with live concert's on them.
Not many..
Would be nice to have those too..
Anyway many many thanks for everything.
