The staff are amazing
The staff are amazing. Very friendly, professional. I do know them very well as friends as well. They are wonderful people. Never had a problem in shopping at HMV' for over 48 years. 100/10. They are the best!!!! I cannot ask for more..

This was a click and collect purchase and all went smoothly. I received the email when the order was ready to collect and had no problem at the collection point. HMV staff was nice and friendly. All good.

I did online order
I did online order, then click & collect. Waited for a few days which was fine. Then got an email to say it was ready. Whole transaction ran very smoothly. Happy customer. Recommended.

Friendly staff!
I picked up my album delivery from this branch. It was quick, easy, and the staff were friendly. Of course, they asked for an ID to verify that I was the one who made the order. Very reliable!

Customer satisfaction BRILL s one of a small handfull of Leeds…
HMV is one of a small handfull of Leeds city centre stores that I rank highly. It's very convenient for me as I live just a short walk from the store. And I always find the staff very helpfull and knowledgable. On a recent visit I couldn't find an item I was looking for even though I knew HMV stocked it as I had seen it diplayed on a previous visit. I mentioned this to the assistant (Rosie I think?) and she went and found it straight away. Apparently it had been placed in the wrong location (probably by some other customer). I was impressed at her finding my item so swiftly.
