The staff are always very polite
The staff are always very polite, friendly and helpful me and my wife are in there at least twice a week and it's always a good environment we probably do there heads in but they always cheer us up in a way we love checking the collectors editions blu rays section to see what's new in or what we've missed on previous visits it's just a pleasure going into the store which has such great people working for it because not everywhere is like that.

Pink Floyd cd
Great service quick delivery wasn’t sure if it would arrive in time for Christmas but it did the cd I ordered I couldn’t get any where else without pre ordering it so was pleased when these had it in will definitely buy from them again

The item I wanted was not in stock at the store but there were some available elsewhere. The sales assistant promptly ordered what I was looking for and arranged for delivery to my home address where it arrived just two days later.
What more could I ask for?

The customer assistant instore was very helpful. I went in every day for a 4 days to see if a cd was in stock for my daughter. He checked stock even before I went into the store. When I did go in he told me there was no stock in store but had checked on line and cd was avaliable, he then ordered for me.
