The item I wanted was not in stock at the store but there were some available elsewhere. The sales assistant promptly ordered what I was looking for and arranged for delivery to my home address where it arrived just two days later.
What more could I ask for?

The customer assistant instore was very helpful. I went in every day for a 4 days to see if a cd was in stock for my daughter. He checked stock even before I went into the store. When I did go in he told me there was no stock in store but had checked on line and cd was avaliable, he then ordered for me.

Great staff, great service.
The Lincoln store staff were so very helpful when the size of item wasn't in store stock, and set up home delivery direct from depot. Great staff and great service.

I did an in line order it was a easy to navigate and very quick to pick up at my local store.
