Great service!! I went in to ask about a fairly obscure dvd box set and the girls working in the HMV store were friendly and helpful - they had it ordered in minutes and it arrived in a couple of days to my home address.

Amazing customer service!
HMV has always been a store I have loved going to, I have gone to many branches but Livingston is one that has always stood out to me! I can’t recall any of their names but this past Saturday I was in looking for ATEEZ albums which were UK exclusive and someone came up to me asking if there was anything we needed and if there was any versions that were not on the shelf she could check round the back if they had it back there to which I did ask and she kindly went and got one of the versions for me! After that when I went to make my purchase I was served by someone who I’ve talked to before in the store about other things and she was as lovely as the last time I spoke with her! The whole staff always seems so sweet and ready to help those that might be looking for anything! Thanks for a great experience!!!

Great Service
The girl was prompt, helpful & efficient , she got my order (vinyl) quickly, even took it out of the cardboard packaging and put it in a bag for me which I gladly paid my 50p for it. Great service.
