Great service from assistant in store
Great service from assistant in store, explained my items weren't in store but she could order them online with free delivery. Paid for my products and very quick dispatch and delivery.

I bought 3 cds in the Livingston store…
I bought 3 cds in the Livingston store today and Sheila served me , amazing customer service and amazing knowledge on music and a big fan of Led Zeppelin like myself. I recommend HMV in Livingston highly she is a credit to the store. Hope to come back soon Sam
