whilst shopping online can be great it’s nice to go and see an item in person, in this case HMV online did not have what I needed online as waiting for more stock
my local store had very limited numbers but had what I wanted.
for me it’s time that companies backed their local high street more and maybe if there’s is a way of increasing the high street narrative then i’m all for it.
can’t be a human experience and that care and interaction is priceless

The item was delayed insofar as the distributor was unable to supply HMV as agreed. HMV kept me informed and offered a refund. Sadly, the overall experience was frustrating.

Great service
I preordered a cd of the website very easy to do. Was kept updated on how my order was doing and when it was dispatched (extremely quick). My cd arrived one day before general release which was wonderful. Packaging was very good no damage to cd at all. Would I use this service again? Your damn right I would, thank you HMV

Click and Collect order was said to arrive in store in 2-3 days. After a week it was still not ready to pick up even though I could see they had all the items from my order in stock in that store.
I'm now waiting for a refund as I had to buy the items again from another shop.
