Great way to get music
From the online purchase to collecting the item in store, it’s quick efficient and the staff at HMV were very polite and helpful especially as it was a busy Saturday before Christmas

I was looking for a specific vinyl
I was looking for a specific vinyl, had a good dive before asking for help, I asked for help, she found it immediately and I was very impressed to be honest. The person at the til was nice too Robin their name was, they were really friendly asked me how my day was and yeah Robin was very kind 😁

Very helpful young lady young assistant.
The young assistant that helped me find the DVD’s my son had asked me to buy was so helpful and spoke to us 2 golden oldies so nicely, it made our day. I had been trying to buy online but had a problem so decided to visit the shop and we were so pleased we did.

HMV at it's best
Staff were very helpful. The dvd set wasn't available in store but they ordered it online and delivered direct to my address. Extra bonus with 20%off and free delivery. Can't fault HMV at all.
