Quick delivery
Quick delivery, and a fair price for a Blue Ray film of 1969. I would suggest to HMV that they increase their stock/holding of Westerns/War films. Men have a great demand fro these films, but it is disappointing if not on your website, that the film requested, is not in stock. men assume that as it is an old film, HMV will not stock.

I bought bluray at HMV Norwich
I bought bluray at HMV Norwich. It was damaged so I took it back to the store. They did not have a replacement in store so ordered an online copy for me which was delivered to house a few days later. Great service and professional and polite staff. Commended🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆

Flawless HMV Deliver experience
I ordered in store (since they didn't have what I wanted in stock) using their HMV Deliver system. The man at the counter was extremely friendly and made the experience straightforward and pleasant. It was delivered on time and in perfect condition and I was kept informed via email throughout the process. Very good service, HMV are amazing.

Unable to find a DVD in store
Unable to find a DVD in store. Asked a member of the staff to check availability, but none in store. Staff member ordered DVD & arranged delivery to store. Once received, I received an email to advise the DVD had arrived & was ready for collection.

Slow click and collect service
Ordered on 19th Dec and dispatched on 21st Dec. Available from 2pm Christmas Eve. Too late for a Christmas present.
I expected this item to be made available from stock within the store instead it was posted individually by Royal Mail to the store?

We can see this arrived to the store on 24/12/24 as per our terms which outlined arrival before Christmas to the chosen delivery address.
Our click & collect delivery service is a 2-5 working day process usually so this arrived in the correct timeframe.

Incorrect item
I got the completely wrong item in my package and the customer service was basically useless at the shop, they just wandered around aimlessly looking for my item after they saw one was left in store and weren't helpful.

Perfectly Packaged Headphones in every way!
The headphones were packaged perfectly, arrived in good condition and were brilliant.
But I wouldn't recommend ordering items a week or so before X-mas, as they did not arrive as quick as was originally stated, due to the X-mas rush.
Which I understand, but HMV should have expected this, they did manage to get it to me before Xmas for which I am very grateful.
