Fast arrival of order to store, friendly staff, but daft company policies let the branch down!
Ordered a Vinyl album in store (as you can't use gift vouchers online).
Arrived to the store within a couple of days so I was able to collect a week later when I could get back into the city.
This is the only reason I've put 4 stars, I couldn't order online as paying by voucher, so one trip into store to pay, but you can't have it sent to home, so another trip into the city to collect and when I was handed it on collection, it was in a mailing box and had been posted to the store anyway!
Everything else with HMV is fine, the staff are always friendly in Norwich, great selection of vinyl.
But the company policy of having to order and pay in store for it to be posted to the store and not home is a bit daft.

The employee was very knowledgeable and made my purchase very easy, telling me also I would receive an email when delivered to HMV. Also while there helped me to find the DVD’s I wanted to purchase, got served again by the same gal’ this Saturday when I picked up my purchase. It’s good to know there’s still excellent service you can get at HMV.👍
