Ordered a Blu-ray.
Ordered a Blu-ray.. still waiting .. no correspondence from hmv .. no way of being able to get in touch by telephone… no one responds to email.. so had to make a special effort to go in store .. my issue still hasn’t been resolved & I was told I’d receive an email which up until now has not been the case .. so still waiting.

The staff were amazing they had sold the thing I needed and told me to go on line I explained I don't like doing Internet and they did it for me ordered it to come to store so all I had to do was pay and pick up when they emailed me AMAZING THANK YOU

Shocking service
Shocking service, staff were rude, told me they didn’t have my vinyl and told me that I would never get it. I feel this was all because I was wearing a Leicester city shirt
