Store assistant was very helpful in ordering in a t shirt in the size we wanted. They arranged for it to be sent to a store nearest to my home. Only took 3 days to arrive and the collection went smoothly too. Very good service.

Purchased a pre-order Blu-ray by click and collect
I purchased a pre-order Blu-ray online, by click and collect from the Nottingham store. After payment I received confirmation by email. A few days before the release date they sent an email to say it had been dispatched, and a few days later an email informed me it was ready for collection. I collected it 3 days later. It was a good price, I was informed of progress at every stage, no problems when collecting and it was well-packaged. Very pleased with the item and with the service.

Perfect purchase
Ordered over a year ago and was concerned as the band kept delaying and I couldn't find my receipt. There was no need to fret, as soon as the album was available I had email to let me know its on its way. And sure enough, 2 days later it arrived. Can't ask for a smoother purchase.

Ordered a Blu-ray.
Ordered a Blu-ray.. still waiting .. no correspondence from hmv .. no way of being able to get in touch by telephone… no one responds to email.. so had to make a special effort to go in store .. my issue still hasn’t been resolved & I was told I’d receive an email which up until now has not been the case .. so still waiting.
