The quality of service was excellent
I had attempted to purchase a DVD via the internet - and failed. I turned to HMV and The service I received was excellent. The assistant was kind, patient and helpful and I was able to purchase exactly what I wanted.

Disappointing Order Experience
I preordered a limited edition 4k click and collect, thinking it would be set aside for me, and because I didn't want to risk damage by post, but it was posted to my local branch anyway. I'd may as well have had it posted to my house, and may have had it early, like many other lucky people.
I had to wait until the morning of release, and put up with the most miserable person serving me.
Don't think he is a morning person!
Not the best experience with HMV, again!

Treacle Town hmv brilliant service
Popped in to purchase a particular CD, the store was able to order it,
