I still like buying records and my local hmv have a good choice and if they haven't got what I want I can order and pick it up from there.

And went out of there way to help me also order other items .

Hmv people are so helpful if you are looking for a song that's on a record but you don't know how to find it they will look it up for you on there computer and order it for you so helpful

The quality of service was excellent
I had attempted to purchase a DVD via the internet - and failed. I turned to HMV and The service I received was excellent. The assistant was kind, patient and helpful and I was able to purchase exactly what I wanted.

Disappointing Order Experience
I preordered a limited edition 4k click and collect, thinking it would be set aside for me, and because I didn't want to risk damage by post, but it was posted to my local branch anyway. I'd may as well have had it posted to my house, and may have had it early, like many other lucky people.
I had to wait until the morning of release, and put up with the most miserable person serving me.
Don't think he is a morning person!
Not the best experience with HMV, again!
