The lady who served me was polite and listened to me carefully .. As a result of this she was able to quickly and carefully offer me a list of films I was searching for ..I was dealt with courtesy and with true professionalism. I enjoyed the time spent in store and ordered two films. My films arrived in store at pace .. impressed and will return soon .. Ty .. Mr Towers

HMV is the only company I trust
Brought a PS5 and a PSVR2 set plus a pop vinyl thing and they all arrived in time for the big day. One by royal mail and the PS5 and PSVR2 by DPD within days of each other. Can't fault HMV I will always use them. Didn't even look for cheaper deals as HMV I know I can trust. The PSVR2 was on sale price anyway. Very happy children come Christmas I'm sure.

Perfect staff , perfect just perfect
Staff made me feel looked after .
And assisted me in being able to find the items I wanted .
And went out of there way to help me also order other items .
