I went in to store in nuneaton on a casual 'I wonder if they have' basis. Turns out they didn't have what I saw and desired but an assistance, Clare I believe, took my on an Internet journey there and then, working with the knowledge that I'm a man of a certain age and may not necessarily but up to speed with new technology. Hand held all the way to me happily getting my proverbial chequebook out there and then. Really pleasing experience. Thank you.

Great store
Went into hmv today looking for a particular dvd, I ask one of the members of staff, Jayne from Nuneaton store for her help and she was lovely, she helped me find what I wanted, was very polite and friendly. I couldn't have asked for better customer service.
