Yes very happy with the staff was helpful all the way Kay handled ok searched for something struggling on but found out they said its not on CD her new song ?? to a new album Lady Ga Ga we will keep any eye on it on goggle to HMV selling it....

Plymouth Hmv Staff and Service was Great.
From ordering my recent pre release Cd Album Hmv have been great as they always are when I buy anything from them weather it's in store or ordering something to be delivered. My Recent Purchase came within my timescale expectations and wasn't damaged but that's more to do with the delivery company but in general I don't think Hmv could of done anything more in this instance......the staff in the Plymouth City Centre Store are a Credit to the Company.

Awesome for the price.

Staff are super friendly, approachable and very professional. The shop is well maintained and cleaned. There’s a massive variety of products, from DVD’s, bluray, pop figures, vinyls, t-shirts and more!!! It’s a different world!!! I absolutely love browsing around the shop!
