Pre-order click and collect service failure
Pre-ordered vinyl album to be collected from store. Received email to collect - arrived at store and item couldn't be found. Store could not give me item from stock. They called HMV customer services dept who then sent me an email form to report a lost package! They said they will investigate and then be able to refund payment made, but I will need to then re-purchase ...at higher price. Not sure how long I have to wait for refund. Store staff were very apologetic, but am most unhappy with HMV central customer service.

Easy to order and easy to collect. Pity your plastic(!) bags don’t fit the outer LP packaging but that was a minor issue. Well done and thank you, I would definitely order again.
