Always enjoy visiting the HMV shop in Poole, great staff and a large selection of albums and CDs. However would like to see more late 60's and 70's progressive music in store.

Amazingly good offers the experience was really good
Mainly the experience was really good, just that one of the covers on one of the vynl albums was damaged. It couldn't be seen as it was the inside cover. Other than that I thought the 3 for £66 was an amazing offer and will definitely use it again. Considering that I use HMV alot, I have only ever had one damaged inside cover.

Poor customer service
Never sent me a collection email it got missed. By the time I chased it was too late for the date needed. Very disappointed son and disappointed in the company.
They did have good variety of stock I couldn't get anywhere else.
